We (Lucas and Hayley) are a husband and wife team, living, working and generally having a good time in Saffron Walden. Alphabet Bags was born in our spare room in East Dulwich in 2008 as a result of our shared love of typography, the alphabet and simple totes.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange
If for any reason you are not happy with your order and would like to return or exchange an item please get in touch with us via the contact page within 10 days of receiving your order. We will give you details of how to return the item(s). Please then return the item(s) in the original condition within 30 days and we will issue a refund or exchange the item if preferred.
Shipping
Free worldwide shipping! We ship absolutely anywhere, and standard shipping is free of charge! Orders placed before 3:00pm GMT (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed before 10:00am using the Courier Service will usually be dispatched the same day. We are a three person team and we do our best to dispatch orders the day they are received, however occasionally this is not possible. If for any reason an order placed cannot be shipped within one workding day a message will be displayed on the shopping basket page detailing revised shipping times. We use Royal Mail to ship the majority of orders. Delivery estimate: 1 to 3 working days - please note this is Royal Mail's estimate only and is not guaranteed. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
